General questions

How can I order?
If you would like to order an item from our online shop, you can add it to your order by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button. You can find your shopping cart at the top right or by adding additional items. Here you can view your selected products at any time and complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”.

An item is not available, when can I order it?
We either produce the products in our online shop in our own factory or obtain components from various manufacturers and suppliers. The availability of the respective items therefore depends on a variety of circumstances. This does not enable us to provide reliable information about the future variety of our products. If an item is available again, we will immediately mark it with the corresponding delivery time.

Can I get a sample?
For organizational reasons, we are unable to send samples for viewing.

Inquiries about current orders

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel by contacting us via email. Cancellations over the phone are not possible. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the outstanding amount will be refunded to you. Please note that this process can take up to 14 days.
If the goods are already on their way to you at the time of your cancellation, you have the option of refusing acceptance. In this case, the shipping costs are at your expense.

Desired date
We cannot guarantee a desired delivery date. You can contact us immediately after placing an order and coordinate the shipping date with us. This way you can at least limit the delivery window.

How do I find out the delivery status of my order?
After your payment has been received, the goods will be shipped as quickly as possible according to the stated delivery times. For deliveries by GLS, HERMES or DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.
We ask you to note the stated delivery time and to wait until this time before inquiring about the delivery status. For organizational reasons, we cannot provide any information about recently placed orders.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation from us no later than 48 hours after your order to the email address you provided.
If you have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder. If you can't find an email from us there, you can simply send us a short message.

Shipping and delivery information

How quickly will I receive my order?
Please refer to the product description for the respective delivery times for each item. With the “advance payment” payment method, logistical processing only begins after receipt of payment. The delivery times stated refer to deliveries within Germany. An exception are the North and Baltic Sea islands, where the delivery time is extended by 1-2 weeks.

Complaint/return/exchange

I received a damaged item.
If it happens that an item is delivered damaged, you of course have the option to complain about this item. In this case, we ask for a brief description of the damage and photos of the item by email. Please note that processing a complaint can take up to 10 days. We usually check whether appropriate spare parts are available and send them to you as quickly as possible. If this is not the case, we will order the required spare parts for you directly from the manufacturer.

I would like to return the goods.
In this case, we ask you to pack the goods in such a way that they can survive being returned without damage. Returns or collections at the customer's request are borne by the customer himself.

Credit for return shipping
After the returned product has arrived at our warehouse, it will be inspected. After successful verification, the invoice amount will be repaid using the payment method you selected. Please understand that this process can take up to 14 days. If you have any further questions about the status of your return, you can send us a message using the contact form. We will then contact you as quickly as possible.

Item delivered incomplete
If an item in your order is delivered incomplete, please send us a short message. We need a corresponding description of the missing item, if possible with attached photos. We will immediately check whether the relevant parts are available and send them to you as quickly as possible. If the required individual parts are not available, we will order them directly from the manufacturer.
