Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) with DHL, Hermes or GLS.
Delivery abroad: We ask that you contact us personally.

Delivery times

from stock in Germany
The goods are in the central warehouse in Germany and can be shipped or picked up within 24 hours.

ex works
The goods are available ex works. Transport to Europe takes between 6 and 8 weeks. The goods will be shipped from the German warehouse upon arrival.

Please contact us and we will inquire about the current delivery status at the factory and let you know.

Manufacturing & Shipping
The goods are manufactured according to the customer's request and shipped to Europe after completion. Production time takes 3 to 6 weeks and shipping to Europe takes between 6 and 8 weeks. The delivery time is therefore between 9 and 14 weeks. The goods will be shipped from the German warehouse upon arrival.

Delivery status of my order
After your payment has been received, the goods will be shipped as quickly as possible according to the stated delivery times. For deliveries by GLS, HERMES or DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.
We ask you to note the stated delivery time and to wait until this time before inquiring about the delivery status. For organizational reasons, we cannot provide any information about recently placed orders.
Desired date
We cannot guarantee a desired delivery date. You can contact us immediately after placing an order and coordinate the shipping date with us. This way you can at least limit the delivery window.

Pick up in Bergisch Gladbach
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
